Well we're still in Malibu preparing to leave in the next couple days. It's been great spending time with Eric's brother Michael, and Michael's adorable girlfriend, Kim. He's been the best host ever!

We've done some great hiking here in the Santa Monica Mountains! Wilson loves it! One trail in particular was amazing, with the path cut into the side of the hill and 360* views! We enjoyed a fun bike ride on the Boardwalk down Santa Monica and Venice Beach, a must do when you visit this area.

I was also able to see a dear old friend, who moved with me to LA 30 years ago and still lives here, as well as my nephew Stephen, who is a joy! So we've had the best of all worlds here and it's a little hard to leave. (Wish we'd had the time to see my other friends here, but that will have to wait till next time.)
But forward and onward to new sights and new adventures.
